Yes! LCH provides coaching in English, Dutch, Luganda, Runyankole, and Rukiga. Whichever language you’re comfortable with, let me know on our discovery call.
While there are some similarities between life coaching and therapy, people come to each for different reasons. Therapy is for those seeking to focus on their past to analyze their current thoughts and behaviors and work to change them. While life coaching is for those who seek to focus on the present moment and make plans and goals for the future. Analyze which one is right for you.
Nope! At LCH, you only need to book as many sessions as you feel you need. Whether that’s one or many. We’ll talk more about your needs on our discovery call.
Each coaching session lasts for 60 minutes so we can dive deep into your goals.
