Personalized options to better suit your needs
In-Person Coaching
- Are you in or around the area of Antwep in Belgium? Great! You have the option to come to visit me in person at my practice. We’ll talk through your situation and figure out the best path for you. You’ll create greater awareness, gain more insights, and be better able to name and achieve your goals. Perfect for those who like real-life contact.
Online Coaching
- Whether you’re near or far, you can use my life coaching services online. We’ll choose a time that works best for you so we can sit down and work out your goals together. All from the comfort of your own home. My clients in Uganda and Canada are already benefiting from this online service

Walking Coaching
- “Nature holds the key to our aesthetic, intellectual, cognitive, and even spiritual satisfaction.” – EO Wilson. Walk through nature while engaging in my life coaching services. Strengthen your feet and legs as we talk through your situation.
You have the option to work with me in these three unique ways. When you fill out your application, you can specify which life coaching service option best suits you.
Life Coaching Services Pricing
Each 60-minute session is € 60 in Europe, Asia, Canada, America and 220,000 UGX in Uganda. You can come to one session or book as many as you’d like.
If you book sessions for three months or more in advance, you can pay in full or in 3-month installments.

Why am I the coach for you?
I have both professionally learned and real-life experiences that I share with my clients. I’ve worked as a support worker for over 19 years giving one-on-one and group support and training.
I’m also a member of organizations dedicated to making a positive difference in people’s lives.
My Uganda-based Share The Light Project under JHENBOT.Heritage Limited has so far provided 30 solar pannels and 50 Radios to rural families, built small houses and provided household needs to 4 elderIy women, educating 2 children of no relation to me, fed over 100 families during the covid period, provided a village church organ(piano) and every year my son and I offer a thanksgiving meal to this church of over 250 people.
I received a 2021 CAVARIA Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of the work I do in promoting diversity, gender, and social cohesion in europe.
