Once upon a time, in a land where mythical creatures roamed freely, there was a small village called Kakitabire nestled between undulating hills and valleys and dense bushes with towering acacia trees. The villagers lived in harmony with the magical beings but often faced challenges that required great bravery and wisdom.
In this village lived a young girl named Ethedre. She was kind-hearted and curious, but she often doubted her courage. One day, a fierce dragon named Mwiisi began terrorizing the village, demanding tribute, and causing fear among the people. The villagers were desperate and did not know how to protect themselves.
Hearing of their plight, a Kakitabire village-bone and transformative Life Coach named Leentje arrived in the village. Leentje was known for her ability to coach people discover their inner strength, overcome their fears, and transform their self-doubt into self-mastery. She had a unique gift of communicating with mythical creatures and understanding their true nature.
Leentje gathered the villagers and told them, “Mwiisi is not truly evil; no one addresses him or tries to understand that his terrorising of the village is propelled by his own fears. To face Mwiisi, we must first face our own fears and find the bravery within us;” Leentje said.
She then introduced the villagers to three mythical creatures who would help them on their journey:
- Griffin: With the head and wings of an eagle and the body of a lion, the Griffin symbolized strength and bravery. It taught the villagers that true courage comes from facing challenges head-on and believing in their own power.
- Phoenix: The Phoenix, a bird that could rise from its own ashes, represented resilience and transformation. It showed the villagers that even in the face of failure, with the right support, they could rise again, stronger, and wiser.
- Unicorn: The Unicorn, with its pure heart and magical horn, symbolized purity and healing. It reminded the villagers that bravery also involves compassion and the willingness to help others.
Under Leentje’s guidance, the villagers trained with these creatures, learning valuable lessons about bravery, resilience, and compassion. Ethedre found herself growing stronger and more confident each day.
Ethedre found herself growing stronger and more confident each day.
When the time came to face Mwiisi, the villagers stood united. Ethedre, with the Griffin by her side, approached the dragon. She spoke to Mwiisi with a calm and steady motherly voice, “We understand your pain and fear. We are not here to fight you, but to help you find peace in the world we share.”
Mwiisi, moved by Etheldre’s bravery and sincerity, revealed that his behaviour was triggered by loneliness and a desire for belongingness. The villagers, guided by Life Coach Leentje, offered Mwiisi friendship, understanding and a place in their community.
From that day on, Mwiisi became a protector of the village, and the bond between humans and mythical creatures grew stronger. Etheldre and the villagers learned that true bravery is not just about-facing external threats but also about understanding and overcoming their own fears.
And so, the village thrived, with Leentje continuing to guide them, reminding everyone that with the right support and belief in oneself, anyone can bravely overcome self-doubt.
Leentje in her life coaching and support quotes Brian Tracy; “Fear and self-doubt has always been the greatest enemies of human potential.” Leentje applauded the Kakitabire villagers for overcoming their fear and accepted help. Someone wrote that accepting someone’s support or advice is a sign of strength and courage.
